It would be great to have the ability to add users with special roles to the excluded list. We have users with special roles (usually some superior to approve a workflow) who do not login very often but need to stay activated. So I expect to choose a role and all users with that role are added to the excluded list.

Export attachments directly to a storage account, and configure the job to run periodically. Currently there is the standard option to export the files of certain entities, but as an administrator it is important to simply backup all the attached files to comply with the organizations' backup policies. There is a need for triggering automatic actions after Point-Of-Time restore to sandbox environments. The functionality should trigger a batch job after first start of the AOS. There is a trigger available that I have used before, I cannot remember the name of it. The functionality should contain List of environments, and restore configuration per environment. I've played a bit with this tool, and I really like it. This will help us immensely during Audits. I noticed that also non-sysadmin assignments to roles are mentioned in the SysAdmin report view. Is it possible to also mention the role they were assigned to? We'd like to add the call number to any action we do. Adding a call number to giving sysadmin is already a great help.
